What are the requirements for customizing rubber hoses
Due to the complex variety and diverse structures of rubber hoses, as well as varying usage conditions, the service life of rubber hoses is not only determined by their quality, but also by proper use and maintenance. So even if the rubber tube has high quality, if it cannot be used and maintained correctly, it will seriously affect its quality and service life. Therefore, some precautions need to be taken when using it. Rubber hoses and hose assemblies can only be used to transport the designed materials, otherwise it will reduce their service life or fail. Correctly use the length of the rubber tube, which changes in length under high pressure (-4% -+2%) and mechanical motion. Rubber hoses and hose assemblies should not be used under the designed working pressure (including impact pressure). Under normal circumstances, the temperature of the medium conveyed by the rubber tube and hose assembly is -40 ℃ -+120 ℃, otherwise it will reduce the service life. Rubber hoses and hose assemblies should not be used with a smaller bending radius than the hose to avoid bending near the hose joint, otherwise it will hinder hydraulic transmission and material transportation or damage the rubber hose assembly.
The function of rubber pipes is mainly used in steel mills and other harsh working environments with high temperatures. So what are the requirements when it is present? Next, our staff will briefly introduce the relevant knowledge points of rubber pipes to everyone. When using rubber hoses, attention should be paid to the working pressure of the environment. Choose the corresponding rubber hose and determine the length of the hydraulic hose assembly. The length should be moderate, neither too short nor too long. After determining the length, armor should be carried out. If the external environment is high temperature, asbestos should be added for flame retardant effect. Generally, one layer of asbestos should be added. If the external temperature is too high, two layers of asbestos should be added. If it is even higher, a silicone protective sleeve should be installed on the outside of the rubber hose.
